Okta Agreements

To the extent that Okta processes customer data on behalf of the customer on behalf of the customer in providing the service (for reasons of clarity, with the exception of free trial services), the customer and Octa agree to enter the data security addendum in www.okta.com/partners/terms/data-security-addendum/, as can be updated by Okta if required by applicable legislation. «Documentation»: user manuals and other end-user documents for the corresponding service, available on the service`s online support function and updated from time to time by Octa, including, without limitation, the material available under www.support.okta.com and the «Trust and Compliance» documentation available under www.okta.com/trustandcompliance. This agreement, as well as the order form or forms, constitute the whole agreement between the parties with respect to the purpose of this agreement, and all previous or concurrent written or oral agreements between the parties in this regard and relating to the purpose of this agreement are expressly annulled. Any amendment, amendment or waiver of a provision in this Agreement only has effect if it has not been signed in writing and by both parties. Notwithstanding the contrary language in that language, no conditions in a customer order or other customer order documents (except for capacity, duration, service, service, invoice, shipping, pricing) will be included in part of this Agreement, and all of these conditions are null and void. Any non-application of a provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of this agreement or any other provision. This professional service agreement, along with the (s) form (s) and all declarations of work, constitutes the whole agreement between the parties regarding the purpose of this contract, and all previous or simultaneous written or oral agreements between the parties in this regard and relating to the purpose of this agreement are expressly annulled. No amendments, amendments or waivers of a provision of this professional service contract or a declaration of work take effect unless both parties sign in writing and in writing. The inability of one of the parties to enforce a provision of this professional service agreement does not constitute a waiver of another right under this Agreement or the subsequent application of those provisions or other provisions. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this professional service agreement and the provisions of a declaration of work, the provisions of the declaration of work apply and control.
